Applicants must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the United States, or in a certification program offered by an accredited institution. A minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent) is required.**

Purposes: The Kott Gerontology Scholars Program (KGSP) advances the field of aging in an effort to bolster opportunities, engagement and quality of life among older adults. KGSP provides internship scholarships to promising graduate students interested in the aging field who are attending Chicagoland-area universities. The KGSP encourages and supports graduate students in a variety of professional specializations to develop skills that will engage and prepare them to continue working with and on behalf of older adults after graduation.
