Purpose To provide financial assistance to high school graduating students or college students who are going to attend an accredited institution in the US.

Qualifications Students must be currently pursuing or looking to pursue college education in the next 12 months in the United States; must be 18 years of age or older to apply; must be a legal citizen of the US or an international student with a valid student visa; must either be: a student currently enrolled in high school and planning to go to college; a student currently enrolled in college; or a student applying to a higher education institution who will start such education within 6 months of the individual’s time of entry; must be either a legal U.S. resident of one of the eligible states or a legal U.S. resident (of one of the fifty (50) United States or the district of Columbia) enrolled in a college located in one of the eligible states; must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate freshman, sophomore, junior or senior at a college with at least one (1) year (or at least 15 semester hours) remaining before college graduation; and plan to attend the college applicants are currently attending (or another college) during either or both of the three years before - two year before or two year before - last year academic school years.
Criteria Selection will be based on a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period.
