Purpose To provide financial assistance to librarians who might not otherwise be able to attend an AALL-sponsored workshop due to limited financial resources.
Focus Law.
Qualifications Applicants must be members of TS-SIS; have acceptance documentation into AALL Leadership Academy; demonstrate financial need.
Criteria Selection will be based on the committees' criteria.
Funds $1,000
Duration Biennial.

To Apply Applicants must submit a resume that includes current position and relevant previous positions; application form (32 KB Word version) which includes: brief statement (200 words maximum) connecting attendance at Academy with service to TS-SIS; evidence of professional involvement; itemized estimate of transportation, lodging, meals, and/or registration expenses for attending the Academy; statement of how much financial support will be provided by the applicant's employer; one letter of recommendation.
Deadline December 15.
