        Certification Description
The National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), Service Truck Crane Operator (STC) certification validates a crane operator's skills. Service truck cranes are a subcategory of the Telescopic Boom-Fixed Cab (TSS) certification and typically have shorter boom lengths and lower capacities and functions are typically accomplished via a winch. The Telescopic Boom Fixed Cab Operator (TSS) and Boom Truck Fixed Cab (BTF) certifications cover service truck cranes.
