Polson Property Management company is looking for a part time Office Assistant-Receptionist for to join their team.
Can support a school-friendly schedule for applicants with children.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
-Monitor, manage and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary.
-Uses and understands QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and other business-specific software.
Skills:
-Proven experience as an Office Assistant
-Knowledge of office assistant responsibilities, systems and procedures
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
-Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
-Familiarity with email scheduling tools
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Extreme attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
-High School degree; experience with customer service and office procedures

Schedule: Part time, 3-5 days a week, 4-6 hours per day. Pay is dependent upon experience.
