Job Description

One of our largest clients is looking for a Tier 2 IT Service Desk Technician to join their team in Tysons, VA. This person will be responsible for PC configuration support, advanced account administration, configuration and troubleshooting of software compatibility, network troubleshooting, and reviewing and updating support requests (tickets).

  • Salary range is $78k - $105k

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • 3-4 years of experience performing helpdesk or desktop duties

  • Experience with Windows 10 & 11 and MacOS and core administration and troubleshooting tools

  • Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Single Sign On (SSO), and Multi-factor authentication (MFA) concepts

  • Endpoint provisioning using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and comparable tools

  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts (IP addressing, routing), core protocols and services (DHCP, DNS)

  • Experience with zero-trust network architecture platforms, firewalls null
