Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the construction industry, based in Tampa, Florida. This role involves working as a Data Entry Clerk, where the focus will be on accounts payable. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and will be trained on keying in invoices.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and record-keeping.
Manage email correspondence professionally.
Leverage 10-key skills for performing calculations and organizing files.
Utilize scanning tools for document management.
Exhibit excellent customer service when resolving credit inquiries.
Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
Maintain accurate customer credit records, while ensuring data confidentiality.
Assist in the front desk operations of the accounting division, as needed.
Utilize typing skills to ensure data is entered quickly and accurately. Requirements - Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
