Our business and reputation have been built by providing exceptional service and value through a team of friendly, knowledgeable team members. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.
As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
Perform quality checks on received products to verify conformity to order specifications and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Process returns.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
Prepare shipping labels using UPS and FedEx.
Utilize warehouse management systems and other tools to maintain accurate inventory records and track movement of goods.
Organize and maintain warehouse space.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Operate material handling equipment, such as cherry pickers, safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to support overall warehouse and business objectives.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with UPS and FedEx.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
Pay Range: $18-20
Commensurate with experience.
