Position Summary(Basic Job Function)
This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides technical support. Responsibilities may include computer programming or operations; research support; medical patient care; technical equipment maintenance, repair, fabrication or operation; or other technical support functions.
Unit Position Summary
The Department of Family Medicine is hiring an on-call technical aide to assist with developing an app for diabetes management in Arabic and English languages. The technical aide will be responsible for developing a prototype that includes guidelines for diabetes clinical care in English as provided by the researchers and add culturally adapted Arabic interpretation into the application.
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience in developing mobile applications that are used in healthcare. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
