Genesis10 is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. 80% Remote. Job Description: We are seeking experienced Service Desk professionals to join our team for a minimum 6-month engagement through end of the year. This is an excellent opportunity to provide tier 1-2 support and troubleshooting for our end users. Key Responsibilities: Provide break/fix customer service working directly with the Service Desk team Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS (10/11), laptop hardware, and software issues Administer and support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Experience with line of business systems such as finance, reporting, loan services or ERP Manage Active Directory and Azure AD including user/group management, MFA, SSO Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA or similar for incident/problem management Handle onboarding/offboarding including hardware provisioning and access management Use scripting/automation with PowerShell to streamline repetitive tasks Provide remote support via tools like Remote Desktop, SCCM, ScreenConnect etc. Required Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in progressive IT service desk roles Extensive hands-on experience with Windows OS and laptop troubleshooting Proficient in Microsoft 365 admin including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management tools Solid understanding of incident, problem and change management processes Background in onboarding/offboarding and access rights management Scripting abilities with PowerShell or similar to automate tasks Experience providing remote support via RDP, SCCM or other tools This is a 6-month minimum engagement with possibility of extension. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of providing efficient, high-quality IT support services.
