Job Title: File Trainee
Overview:
Hey there, future File Trainee! Welcome to MCCS National, where we're
all about helping homeowners get the support they need. As a File Trainee,
you'll be diving into the world of file management and coordination,
ensuring that our clients' claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
Your role is pivotal as you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate
information handling and seamless coordination between departments.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
So, what exactly will you be doing? Your day-to-day tasks will include
handling files with care, ensuring all information is processed accurately
and efficiently. You'll learn negotiation tactics to effectively communicate
with insurance companies and stakeholders. Additionally, you'll gain
knowledge of building requirements and construction processes to assess claims
effectively. Coordinating information between departments will be key to
ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration. You'll also review file activity
to ensure thoroughness and effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
Collaborating with the Estimating Department, Account Managers, and
Follow-Up Liaisons to process files efficiently and provide exceptional
support will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
We're looking for individuals who hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
You should have a knack for organization and attention to detail, as well as
excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. You should be able
to adapt to new technologies and software platforms. A passion for helping
others and a drive to succeed are also essential.

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
