Description:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a member of the Family Tech support Contact Center. The CSR is responsible for responding to a high volume of inquiries about the company's products or services, complaints, remote access to computers, helping with logins, website issues, and navigating their platforms. The Associate Customer Service Representative takes inbound calls, LiveChat, and/or emails from Family, students and Occasional calls from teachers who are with students. ? Trained in and proficient in responding to inquiries across many programs.

Strong knowledge/experience of 'Home' network troubleshooting
Strong knowledge/experience of 'Domain Environment' network troubleshooting
Add computer to a domain
Add/Remove printers/scan folders
Strong knowledge/experience with 'Internet/Browser" troubleshooting
Basic knowledge/experience with reimaging computers (PC)
Any knowledge/experience with Apple computers is welcomed
Experience with Remote Troubleshooting tools
Strong knowledge/experience of Google Apps
