About The Role

Position performs a variety of custodial duties necessary to keep buildings in clean and orderly condition which contribute to the efficient operation of the bank. Ensures all bank property is neat, clean, and ready for business daily.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep interior and/or exterior of buildings in clean and orderly condition and ensure all bank property is neat, clean, and ready for business daily.

Prepare and breakdown meeting rooms for bank staff meetings and special functions.


About You

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one year of similar or related experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:

Position has limited interaction with others; however, all interaction with others must be conducted in a professional, courteous manner that enhances the overall efficiency and image of the bank.

Working knowledge of cleaning practices, procedures and techniques, and tools needed to perform job duties. Skill in the operation and/or use of tools and cleaning products used to perform job duties. Ability to effectively follow written and oral instructions and to work independently with little supervision.

Communicate Effectively: both verbally and in writing with others in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Demonstrate soft phone skills by treating all internal and external customers in a polite and courteous manner.
