Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to assist our client with a several month need. Located near the Nashua, NH area, this opportunity is 100% onsite. If you are looking for a consulting engagement and have experience as either an Operations Manager or Plant Manager, this could be for you! The primary focus will be evaluating processes and optimizing efficiency for the organization.
Requirements
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize processes.
Resource Management: Manage human, financial, and physical resources to achieve operational goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Quality Control: Ensure products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
