Montana Moulding and Sign Supply, a wholesale distributor for the picture frame and sign supply industries, is growing and is in need of help!

A Customer Service Representative is needed. This position is best suited for a happy, detail oriented, creative, extremely organized and reliable individual, someone who is ambitious, team-oriented and maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times and most of all has excellent communication and customer service skills. Being social media savvy and some marketing background preferred. Must like and be able to work around large, well-behaved dogs. Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Data entry/processing, confirmation, and invoicing sales orders.
• Updating, charging, and tracking customer accounts.
• Maintaining positive and compassionate rapport with customers.
• Problem solving and handling disputes.
• Answering and delegating multi-line phone calls.
• Multitasking under a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented skills.
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Collecting customer information with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and help out in other departments.
• Maintaining and promoting social media presence.
• Computer skills; Excel, MS-Word, professionally composing emails / schedules / documents.
