As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you'd be responsible for the accounting process for the company. Up to $25/hour, depending on experienceAccrued vacation and sick timePaid holidaysGrowth opportunities Essential Duties and Activities:Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, collecting and processing payrollInvoicing customers and clients, entering invoices into the correct system accountsProcessing employees pay, including taxes and compensation, and reporting to the governmentPreparing monthly and quarterly taxes, to then be submitted to a CPA for review, advice, and processingMaintaining accuracy of the general ledgerPreparing bank statementsQualifications:Three plus years of bookkeeping experienceRelevant work experience in accounting or auditingAbility to lift up to 40 poundsMust have driver's license and clean driving recordGet in touch!
