Under the general direction of the Associate Executive Director, the Personal Trainer provides customer service, guidance and leadership to all members and participants in the Fitness Center. The individual is responsible to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
