Optician
License Description Individuals must be at least 18 years old, a graduate of an accredited high school or with a GED, be of good moral character, have completed at least 3 years of apprenticeship training or have sucessfully completed a prescribed course in opticianry in an approved college or university or have been a dispensing optician in another state for 5 years, must submit required application and pay a $200 fee for the required examination.
