License Description	JOB DESCRIPTION: A groundwater well, test hole or observation well driller operates a portable drilling rig to drill groundwater wells. The well driller constructs the well, maintains equipment, and keeps records of the drilling process. The well driller also monitors water quality for contamination. A groundwater well, test hole and observation well driller may be self-employed or employed by private industry or state and local governments.
