Game Operator (Professional), Employer
License Description

Professional Game Operators operate games of chance on behalf of charitable organizations licensed to host such games. A Game Operator Employer employs, supervises, and controls game operators. A Primary Game Operator may serve as the Game Operator Employer.

Legislation: NH RSA 287-D; Administrative Rules Chapter Pari 1200 (being renumbered as Lot 7200)

Application Requirements:

  • Submit a fully completed license application form
  • Provide supporting documentation, including:
    • A description of the licensed premises where the games will be played;
    • A copy of the entity's certificate of good standing from the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration; and
    • A copy of all required bonds, as established by the Commission based on the applicant's normal outstanding obligations of charity payments and state taxes
  • Submit application fee
  • Submit a complete and notarized Criminal Records Release Authorization form, along with a complete set of fingerprints taken by a qualified law enforcement agency, and payment of the applicable fee (please refer to the NH State Police for additional information or to confirm current charges)

Continuing Education: Not required

Fees:

  • Application: $750
      Licenses expire on December 31 of the licensed year
