Falconry License
License Description 312 IAC 9-10-13.1 Falconry licenses Authority: There are 3 classes of falconry licenses, an apprentice, a general, and a master falconry license. An apprentice must be sponsored by someone who currently holds a general or master falconry license. General and Master falconry licenses may be issued to persons who have more experience and are older. All applicants for a falconry license must take pass an examination. Holders of falconry licenses must properly house and band their raptors, and be able to comply with inspections at any point in time. Licensees must also be able to provide detailed records about the physical characteristics of any raptor they own.
