License Description	Chiropractors are licensed by the Idaho State Board of Chiropractic Physicians. Licensing requirements for new applicants include: 1.) Graduation from an approved chiropractic college or university; 2.) Completion of the application and licensing fee; 3.) Passing the National Board Examinations. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
