License Description Persons who inspect, record, document, and submit to the department, or its authorized representative, such proof of vehicle identification as may be required by the department for the purpose of registering or transferring the ownership of vehicles. Fees: Application: $51; Renewal: $16; Reinstatement: $51; Duplicate: $16 (All licenses include a Family support fee of $1.) Examination Frequency: N/A Exam Locations: N/A Experience Requirement: N/A Average Time to Process Application: 120 days. May issue temporary permit. Renewal Period: Two years following the date of issuance.
