SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM AIDE
License Description
The special education aide license (#883) must be requested by an employing school district. Hiring requirements are established by individual school districts and may include experience, coursework, etc. The first step is to interview with a school district. If they wish to hire you, then complete a PI 1602-PA license application form (downloadable or available at the school) and submit it to the Department with an application fee.
