License Description
A qualified rehabilitation consultant (QRC) is a vocational rehabilitation counselor who is registered with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). To become a QRC, an individual must submit an R-20 Application for Approval and Registration as a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant/Intern form and complete a one- to three-year internship. During the internship, the applicant must become either a: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC); or a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).
