Limited General Radiographer
License Description
410 IAC 5.2-11-1 Sec. 1. (a) To be eligible for a limited general radiography license a person shall have satisfactorily: (1) completed a limited general radiography program approved by the department; (2) passed an exam approved by the department; (3) been certified by a licensed practitioner or licensed radiologic technologist as proficient in performing the procedures included in the limited general curriculum; and (4) completed requirements in 410 IAC 5.2-4. (b) Persons issued a limited general radiography certificate by the department prior to the effective date of this rule are deemed to be in compliance with subsection (a) and will continue to be issued a renewal upon compliance with the application requirements under 410 IAC 5.2-4. (c) No new limited general radiography certificates or licenses will be issued to initial applicants after the effective date of this rule.
