License Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: A peace officer is defined as a full-time duly appointed or elected law enforcement officer who is paid for working more than twenty-five (25) hours per week and whose duties minimally include preserving the public peace, protecting life and property, preventing crime, executing warrants, and enforcing laws and ordinances of this state and its political subdivisions. (As defined in Title 390:10-1-2 and 70 OS 3311)
