Mortgage Licensees
License Description Mortgage Lenders and mortgage brokers must be licensed by the Idaho Department of Finance. To be licensed applicants must: 1.) Register with the Idaho Secretary of State's Office; 2.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 3.) Cocument that the individual in charge of each office has minimum of three (3) years of experience in residential mortgage brokering/lending. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
