License Description 590 IAC 5-4-8 Sec. 8. Specialist 1 qualification requirements are as follows: (1) Graduation from an accredited college or university. (2) master's degree in subject area from an accredited graduate school. (3) Ten (10) years experience in subject field, or six (6) years of subject experience including at least three (3) years of administrative experience.
