License Description
Practitioners of physical therapy who perform tissue penetration for the purpose of evaluating neuromuscular performance. Fees: Application: $100 Examination: $500 License: No Fee Renewal: $50 Examination Frequency: Annually. Exam Locations: As needed. Experience Requirement: Documented evidence or advanced study and training in electroneuromyography. Average Time to Process Application: 120 days. Renewal Period: Biennially (birth month). Special License Requirements: Must be a licensed physical therapist. Comments: N/A Authority: Business and Professions Code, Section 2620.5. California Code of Regulations, Title 16, Chapter 13.2, Sections 1399.61, 1399.64, 1399.65.
