BOXING PROMOTER
Promotes professional boxing or sparring matches or toughman or badman contests. The promoter furnishes written notice of the details of each match or exhibition to the commissioner, informs participants that it is necessary for them to be licensed, assures that the ringside physician is seated so as to have immediate access to the ring, provides surgical gloves to all persons working in the ring and assures they are properly used.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must provide surety bond, a letter of credit, and pay the required fee. He may be required to demonstrate his competence by submission of references or successfully complete a written or oral exam.
