Boxing Promoter
License Description
Initial boxing promoter license: Completed application, clear photocopies of current government issued photographic identification cards (i.e. driver's license, passport) of the principal owner, all substantial owners, and all key persons of the company. A digital photograph of all of the above which shows head and shoulders only, without a hat, and in a natural pose. The following exhibits: list of any other names under which the individual or company has operated in the promotion of boxing events, A list of any boxing promoter licenses held, whether active or inactive, a surety bond no less than $10,000, proof of good standing in the applicant's state of incorporation, current corporate structure organizational chart, current personnel organizational chart, criminal history background check by FBI of principal owner, all substantial owners and all key persons of the company, license fee of $300.00.
