Title Marketing Representative
License Description A Title Marketing Representative must hold a "certificate of registration." A title marketing representative is a person employed by a title insurer, underwritten title company or controlled escrow company whose primary duty is to market, offer, solicit, negotiate or sell title insurance. Qualifications:  Prelicensing Experience/Education: Not required  Examination: Not required  Continuing Education: Not required Fees:  Certificate filing fee: $261 (3-year term).  Fingerprint impressions are required for all unlicensed applicants.  Fingerprint fee: The fingerprint fee at the California Department of Insurance (CDI) fingerprint vendor, Accurate Biometrics, is $59.
