License Description An individual to whom a permit has been issued by the Board to perform various acts of service under direct supervision of a person holding a valid license to perform such acts. Requirements: Must be an employee of an Arkansas licensed Portable/Fixed firm. Permit fee (only valid for one year, no renewal): $15.00
