MILK WEIGHER AND SAMPLER
License Description All persons who take weights and samples of milk in bulk tanks or measure milk bulk tanks to determine weight on the farm where such milk is produced. Does not apply to licensed cheesemakers and buttermakers Applicants must successfully complete the Bulk Milk Weigher and Sampler exam given by the DATCP, Division of Food Safety before being licensed. The division recommends that the Bulk Milk Haulers Training Manual be reviewed prior to the test.
