PROFESSIONAL FUND-RAISER
License Description
A professional fund-raiser is a person who, for compensation, solicits in this state or employs, engages or provides, directly or indirectly, another person who is paid to solicit in this state. Solicit means to request, directly or indirectly, a contribution and to state or imply that the contribution will be used for a charitable purpose or will benefit a charitable organization.
