License Description In order to become a bail bondsman, you must be licensed. To get a bail bond license, there are a few steps you need to follow. First, you need to make sure that you meet all of the minimum requirements and have proof of residency. You will also need to participate in a Pre-Licensing Bail Education class. Once that is completed, you will be able to submit an application for licensing.
