License Description This applicant should be at least 18 years of age; possess a High School Diploma/GED; Complete the Physical Statement (AFC & PSC Form 05) form signed by an Alabama licensed physician or such designee; Successfully complete the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) within 12 months of start date; Prior to certification as a Fire Fighter I/II, certification to the Hazardous Materials/WMD Awareness and Operations levels is required.
