Pesticide Dealer
License Description
Idaho workers that use or supervise the use of agricultural chemicals or supply technical advice or recommendations regarding the use of agricultural pesticides need a Pesticide Applicators license. There are three types of licenses: Private Applicator, Professional Applicator and Dealer. Dealers are individuals who sell restricted use pesticides. A dealer license shall be required for each location, outlet, or warehouse from where such pesticides are distributed. To become licensed as a dealer you must: 1.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 2.) Have a current Professional Pesticide Applicator license with certification in the appropriate categories for the products being sold. Term: Licenses are valid for two years before renewal.
