License Description
Occupational Description
A Pesticide Dealer may distribute restricted-use pesticides to another licensed Pesticide Dealer and/or to licensed Pesticide Applicators. They are responsible for selling only to those licensed with the correct applicator categories. Businesses selling general-use pesticides in volumes greater than 1 gallon liquid or 50 lb dry are also required to acquire a license to distribute.
Licensure Requirements
This is a business license required for all dealers wishing to distribute any restricted-use pesticides, or larger size containers of general-use pesticides.
Fees
License Fee- $25.00 per calendar year
Renewal
Renewal is required annually. The renewal fee is $25.00.
