Certified Electronic Recorder (C.E.R.)
License Description
To receive certification as a Certified Electronic Recorder, an individual must have successfully completed an approved course of study (either the Michigan Electronic Court Reporters Association CER Workshop, OR Lansing Community College's CER course). Additionally, they must pass the CER certification examination. Upon meeting these qualifications, an applicant must submit an application for certification.
