License Description SCHOOL SERVICES PERSONNEL

School Services Personnel support school administrators, teachers, other school services personnel, and families in addressing the needs of students in multiple academic, interpersonal, social and health-related areas. School Services Personnel serve in many specialized functions including: School Counselors, School Psychologists, School Social Workers, School Audiologists, and School Speech Language Pathologists.

REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 18 years old and satisfy education and examination requirements. Contact license authority for additional requirements for endorsements.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of school services personnel program in specialized area at an approved educator preparation provider. Contact the licensing authority for additional requirements for endorsements.

EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS:
Praxis Exams administered by the Educational Testing Services.
