Occupational Description


A Fireworks Jobber is any person engaged in the business of making sales of fireworks at wholesale to any other person engaged in the business of making sales at retail.

Licensure Requirements


All applications must be submitted electronically via the Nebraska State Fire Marshal Firework Online Portal. For licenses issued in an individuals name, rather than a business name, a Citizenship Attestation form is also required.

Fees


Initial License- $200.00

Renewal


Licenses are valid only for the calendar year in which they were issued.
