Dental Hygienist, Limited Access Permit
License Description The holder of this permit can practice dental hygiene services, without the supervision of a dentist, on limited access patients. This permit allows a Dental Hygienist to render the services set forth in Oregon Revised Statute Chapter 680. "Limited Access Patient" means a patient who, due to age, infirmity, or disability is unable to receive regular dental hygiene treatment in a dental office.
