Occupational Description


Contractors, general contractors and sub-contractors and any other person who arranges for the performance of or isengaged in the business of construction. Construction is work done on real property and annexations including newwork, additions, alterations, renovations, reconstruction, installations & repairs performed at one or more differentsites. All contractors and sub-contractors doing business in Nebraska must register. 

Licensure Requirements


Applicants must complete an online registration application & where applicable, submit a certificate of Workers'Compensation Insurance.
