LANDFILL OPERATOR, Interim Site Operator
License Description The Interim Site Operator Certification is established to provide temporary personnel while waiting for formalized training to take place. Site Operator A certified site operator designated by the owner or operator under s. NR 524.05 (1), (2) or (3) shall: (a) Ensure that the operation and maintenance of the facility is in conformance with chs. NR 500 to 524; (b) Ensure that the facility is operated in accordance with the approved plan of operation and other established facility policies and procedures; (c) Ensure that the facility operation complies with applicable state laws.
