License Description
Description of Occupation: Engineers design or develop solutions to problems or develop products or structures using the practical application of physical laws and engineering. Engineering specialties include aeronauticle/aerospace, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, industrial, marine, structural, or mechanical.Requirements for Licensing: Graduate of approved school, four years full time lawful experience, passed FE (EIT), passed PE or Twelve years full time lawful experience, passed FE (EIT), passed PE. For civil engineer must take and pass special seismic examination.Examinations: See above.Application and Fees: $500 application fee and $500 registration fee - after approval of application.Related Classification Codes: DOT 002. 003 005 006 007 008 010 011 012 013 014 015 SOC- Division 16
