Asbestos Abatement Inspector
License Description
To receive an Asbestos Abatement Inspector License, an applicant must have worked at least one year in asbestos-related work or general building inspections that are related to environmental and health concerns, OR have at least five years of supervisory experience in general building operations and maintenance. Additionally, an applicant must receive Michigan or EPA-approved training and receive accreditation from MIOSHA Asbestos Program. The fee schedule for accreditation is $150.00.
