License Description Aids children having difficulty adapting to school life and where individualized professional help is indicated. Counsels children, consults with parents and school personnel, arranges for medical and other examinations, attempts to alter attitudes of parents or teachers, recommends changes of school, class or program, serves as liaison with community resources and as consultant to school personnel.
