MISC AGRICULTURAL LICENSES
License Description The occupations below require a license issued by the Department of Agriculture. No examination or formal education is required for licensing. 1. Food license, including the following establishments: Restaurant/Food Service, Retail Grocery/Convenience Stores, Meat (Slaughter, Processor) custom and wild game (if the game plant wants to be licensed), Distributor (only exemption is if the distributor is the agricultural producer), Food Processor, Dairy (Farm, Plant, Distributor, Tester, Grader), Bar, Mobile, Warehouse. Initial license fee: $100.00. Annual renewal fee: $50.00. License expires one year after date of issuance. 2. Temporary Establishment License $25.00 for 14 consecutive days only for that event. 3. Temporary Sampling Establishment License $25.00 valid for that event for no more than 14 days within three consecutive months in conjunction with a farmers market or other event held at a single location. 4. Swimming Pool and Spa or Similar Installations, including the following establishments: Indoor spa, Outdoor pool, Outdoor spa, Wading pool, Slide, Flume, Therapy Pool/spa, Flow thru pool/spa. Initial license fee: $100.00. Annual renewal fee: $50.00. License expires June 30th of each year.
